My sister (Karen Raffensperger '74) dared me to attend this reunion and I responded "Does that mean you will be my plus-one?" so yep, you're getting us both and we're going to make the whole week-end a trip down memory lane.
I loved my years at the University of Arizona, became a pharmacist, and spent most of the next 40 years in southern California. I met my husband taking a mountaineering class and we've been married for 33 years. Recognizing that I would have to give up the weekend hiking and backpacking I loved if I had children, we choose not to have children. After 50 years, I am finally back in the Sonoran desert I love, living in one of the three co-generational cohousing communities in Tucson and reveling in retirement.
